The very statement, "lasting change", is an oxymoron because the body is in a constant state of flux. Daily we feel different, our bodies change and continue to age with each passing year and experience in our lives.
The PYT™ method & its elemental approach is successful because it does consider the volatile nature of the body. Therapeutic plans are prescribed based on an individual evaluation of your constitution and Ginger's unique methods of treatment.
FIVE STEPS to Enacting Lasting Change In Your Life

1.DECIDE TO ACT. Get Fired Up. Recognize the need for radical change.
2.DETERMINE WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE. Determine 1 (and only one) thing that you would like to change. Multiple changes, just like multi-tasking, are not beneficial in the long run. Start with one change at a time.
3. PLAN OF ACTION. Write it down - start a journal. When you come to the PYT™ method, we will work together through a specific process to carefully evaluate potential changes and identify barriers to change. One by one we will soften them, dissolve them, improve them, change them, or eradicate them to help you emerge with a better Self.
4. TELL SOMEONE ABOUT IT. Enlist an "accountability partner." Tell someone about your goals, so they can check in with you periodically and help keep you on track with encouragement. I always help patients build a support network to help them through the change.
5. THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. Do not belittle or disparage yourself, or tolerate those who do. They are only trying to sabotage your best efforts.
Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you too, can become great. ~Mark Twain
Consider what relationships you need to cultivate and which ones may be detrimental to your heath. Your path to change will be different. There are many roads that lead to a single destination of Truth. You can be better. We simply need the proper support to thrive.
